Heron Pointe Manufactured Home Community
Heron Pointe is an all-ages family friendly manufactured home community established in 1993 and located in Longview, WA. We allow two pets, dogs or cats, under 25 lbs. We have 229 spaces, two playgrounds, a basketball court, a Rec Center with kitchen, library, and game room. We do not have any open lots for new manufactured homes. Homes for sale are usually listed on Zillow.com and with local realtor websites. WE DO NOT RENT HOMES OR RV SPACES.
